Here at Harvest we believe that Everyone Matters. According to the Barna Research Group, nearly half of the people who ever accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior will do so by the age of 12. Now less than 13% of people receive Jesus Christ after the age of 21. And by the time the child is nine years of age, their basic moral foundations are already formed. By the age of 13, most of us have already formed a majority of our beliefs about the nature of God, the existence of Satan, the reliability of the Bible, what the after life really is, and whether one can be saved from sin, and most important can the Holy Spirit actually affect our lives? In essence, your moral compass is set. What you believe at the age of 13 is mostly likely what you will believe for the rest of your life. Our mission is to inspire the Next Generation to live their lives as Jesus were living through them by nurturing wonder in preschool, encouraging discovery in elementary children, and guiding passions in students.
