About Harvest
Our History
Harvest Church began meeting in Skyview High School in the Heights area of Billings, Montana in October 2000. Early on the vision for Harvest was to be a church that mattered to the community. Over the years, Harvest’s impact has been felt in the community not only through several key initiatives like the Heights Aquatic Center Project in partnership with the Better Billings Foundation, rescuing orphans from Ethiopia, and the annual Celebrate Freedom event to name a few, but through the individual contributions of people serving one another selflessly.
In 2007 Harvest Church entered the Multi-Site arena opening a campus in Plentywood, MT, following soon after in Lockwood, MT. In the fall of 2010 the Cody, WY campus will publicly open as well. The fall of 2010 marks the 10 year anniversary for Harvest and what is affectionately being dubbed “Harvest 2.0”. October 2-3, 2010 marks the launch of the next decade of ministry for Harvest.
We are a group of believers in Jesus Christ, exploring His claims, serving one another, living life together in community. Our desire is to live life as though Jesus were living through us. It’s a great life and you’re invited to come along for the journey. Harvest is very much marked not by what we want from you, but what we want for you. Come on. Live the Life.
