Prayer
Can you imagine having a close relationship with someone without ever talking to them? The principle is the same with our relationship with God. In order to grow closer in our walk with God we need to talk and listen to Him regularly through prayer.
There are many reasons and benefits to prayer. Just a few are recorded in the book of Ephesians 1: 17-20:
- You receive the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him
- Your eyes of your understanding being enlightened
- You may know what is the hope of His calling
- You understand the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints
- You understand exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe
One of the other opportunities we have through prayer is interceding or praying on behalf on others and encouraging one another.
Prayer Engine
