There are many projects that are a part of FUEL...because we want to pour it on in many different ways!

Our Projects
Heights
Funded Projects
Parking Lot
Expanding parking to accommodate more vehicles.

Parking Lot
We’re adding 95 new parking spaces, which will significantly increase available parking for weekend services and other large events. Many of you have been parking on gravel for far too long, which has also created issues related to certain city ordinances. We’ll be happy to have the additional parking, which will provide an increased level of safety when we gather to worship God together.
NextGen Environment
Significant enhancements to increase effectiveness for all ages.

NextGen Environment
We’re going to update the basement level for the NextGen environment, creating a much better guest experience with expanded check in and drop off space. In addition, we’ll be theming the environment to engage kids well. Finally, we’ll improve the main teaching environment, not only for kids but for the multiple ministries that use the lower level.

Small Group Remodel
Changes to area where some small groups meet.

Small Group Remodel
Some of our small groups meet at the Heights campus since it works better for them than meeting in someone’s home. In order to make this work well, we need to make some small changes to area where these groups meet. Living Life as though Jesus were living through us is something that we do together, not alone. These changes will help people connect better in relationship as they live Life together.
Replace Carpet
Replace sections of carpet throughout the campus.

Replace Carpet
Our facility gets a lot of traffic. And, over time, that traffic just simply wears out the carpet which not only can become visually distracting, but unsafe as well. We would like to replace significant sections of carpet so that this isn’t an issue for people as they come to worship God and learn about Him together.
Online Campus
Equipment to launch online campus.

Online Campus
In rural areas, sometimes the best way for people to connect with God on a regular basis is through being a part of an online worship service. In order to make it possible for these people to join the Harvest virutal community, we need some equipment to provide a consistent online worship experience. This approach is effective in rural areas, when people are traveling, or when they can’t attend a physical service for some reason.
Lockwood
Funded Projects
Lobby
More space for entry and community.
Lobby
We will expand the lobby area, creating more space to improve guest experience during entry while also providing a more comfortable place for people to spend time buiding relationships after services. This space for community and relationships is crucial to the continued development of this campus.
Parking Lot
Expanded parking, lighting, and landscaping.

Parking Lot
We will expand and significantly improve parking areas around the campus, including handicap access, lighting, and landscaping. Those of you at the Lockwood campus will be able to say goodbye to trudging through mud and snow (which is not only frustrating, but also unsafe). It’s difficult to expand the number of people that we can reach if they feel unsafe in the parking lot!
NextGen Environment
Additions and enhancements to connect better with kids.

NextGen Environment
Like the Heights Campus, we will update the NextGen environment in the lower level improving the teaching environment. In addition, new kids rooms will be added and the entire space will be themed for NextGen, which has a significant impact on the engagement of kids. We’ll also be providing better access to the kitchen (while also ventilating the kitchen) and updating the climate control.
Stage/Screen
Reconfigure the stage for a better worship experience.

Stage/Screen
Reconfigure the stage for a better worship experience. As a video venue, the screen is obviously an important technical piece of the service each weekend. We’ll reconfigure the stage and screen area so that the screen doesn’t need to be put up and down during the services. While this change may seem like a small-‐ish detail, the difference in the worship experience should be fairly significant. We want to reduce technical distractions so that the message of the service comes through clearly.

Signage & Landscaping
One of the elements at the Lockwood campus of Harvest that makes a first impression to the community is our signage and landscaping on the frontage road. We want to upgrade this area to accurately reflect our commitment to excellence and the quality of the community that the Lockwood campus is experiencing.
Plentywood
Funded Projects
Technical Improvements
Enhancements to the video venue equipment.
Technical Improvements
The Plentywood campus is a complete video venue—they engage with the entire service through video (including worship and teaching). We needed to upgrade the equipment and technology we use to do this in Plentywood to enhance the worship experience. Whenever we make technical enhancements to the worship service, our goal is to decrease distractions, which makes it easier for people to engage in both the worship and teaching portions of the service.
Foundation Repair
Correct and reinforce existing building foundation

Foundation Repair
The Plentywood Campus has a wood foundation that is experiencing decay and deterioration and needs to be repaired. A plan has been devised to address this issue and the work is currently being scheduled to take place.

New Building
Construction of new facility for Plentywood.

New Building
We could construct a fairly inexpensive facility in Plentywood that would signficantly increase the effectiveness of their entire ministry. Think about the difference a facility/location makes in other areas of life— school, work, and home. The same is true when it comes to church ... the environment matters. We want Plentywood to have a great environment in which to worship God and learn more about how to live Life His way together.
Cody
Funded Projects
Relocation
Moving the Cody campus to a more permanent location.
Relocation
The space that we had been using for our kids ministry for the Cody campus was no longer available. This became the impetus to find a better, more permanent location for the Cody campus where all the different ministries can function better together. We’re excited to see more people (including kids!) living Life as though Jesus were living through them in Cody because of this relocation. You can also read the blog update from Keith Twigg, Cody Campus Pastor.
Butte
Funded Projects
Relocation
Moving the Butte campus to Butte High School.

Relocation
We outgrew our previous location in Butte (awesome!), and we’ve moved to what will be our regular place of worship in Butte High School. The full launch of the Butte campus is dependent on the Cody relocation, as we will redeploy the mobile equipment from Cody to Butte. We hope this will take palce in the fall of 2013.
Start-Up Expenses
First year personnel and ministry expenses.

Start-Up Expenses
FUEL is finding the first year of personnel and ministry expenses for the Butte campus as they get up and running. In our specific context, this approach to expanding the reach of Harvest is an incredibly effective strategy. The multi-site, video venue approach is allowing many people to live Life as though Jesus were living through them right where they live, being a part of what God is doing in people’s lives all across Montana and into Wyoming.
