The Reality
The internet is, for all intents and purposes, not unlike any community that is seen as a mission field. As a church, we have a mandate to take the Gospel to the ends of the Earth. So I say this; lets take this thing as far as we can and see what God can do!
What We’re Not Doing
It also needs to be said that what we are not doing is simply re-broadcasting the worship service from Harvest Church. Just like any Harvest campus we need to take the Harvest Church mission, vision and DNA and apply them to the community that is being targeted, in this case the community is the internet.

CAPTAIN: Lead, empower and encourage a team of volunteers as a lay pastor during the Harvest Online experience.
LIVE PRAYER: Pray with people from around the world using one-on-one chat.
ADMIN: Moderate chat, run interactive elements upcoming Harvest Online services and events.
CHAT HOST: Provide a warm welcome in the chat portion of the experience.
